Lawyer, personal data protection expert
He specialises in legal protection in the cyber space, particularly in personal data transfers outside the EEA in connection with cookies or website servers. His work involves drafting privacy policies, terms and conditions, and conducting risk analyses for websites. He also draws up and verifies agreements between controllers and processors, joint controller agreements. He carries out legal and data security audits as part of risk analyses for large and medium-sized businesses.
He has been involved with DAPR since the beginning of his professional career. Over the last two years he has worked as Data Protection Officer at a public institution. Previously, he had completed internships at the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, and the Polish Ombudsman Office. In view of the excellent results of his internship at the Polish Ombudsman Office, he was awarded the title of Ambassador of the Polish Ombudsman by Prof. Irena Lipowicz, the Ombudsman.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Administrative Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Lazarski University. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Internal Security from the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations of the University of Warsaw.
