Risk management and LegalTech expert.
He specialises in personal data protection, particularly in the application of the risk-based approach. Over the last four years he has been developing the methodology for conducting risk analyses and the RedIntoGreen app used for personal data protection management.
He coordinates projects involving risk analyses and data protection impact assessments (DPIA) for businesses from various industries, in particular finance, IT and real estate. He carries out audits of GDPR compliance of processing processes, and supports our clients in proceedings related to data breaches. He also assists in the development of products in accordance with the Privacy by Design principle.
He completed postgraduate studies for data protection officers at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). He has spoken at national academic conferences on the issues related to personal data protection. He is the author and co-author of publications on the risk-based approach in personal data protection. He runs training courses for data protection officers, lawyers and other risk management professionals.
He graduated from the National Defence Academy with a degree in National Security, majoring in Crisis Management and Internal Security. He was awarded a scholarship for academic excellence by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
